Moved by heavy memories backed with energy wanting to share history and stories of his generation here his home, for his family for nearly 42 years. Planting a African Coral Tree a small slender twig in a coffee can large shovel like hands with all the care love pats on the earth tucking in the roots. Sitting in my art studio table French made paper, the best moving shadows of the Coral Tree during sunset quickly filled in with a loaded paint brush. Night has covered everything I walk into the studio and turn on the light the paint has dried on the paper the sunset filled shadows for new memories. |
